Code of Ethics and Business Conduct „Energopomiar” Sp. z o.o.
This Code of Ethics and Business Conduct created on the initiative of and adopted by the Management Board of Energopomiar is intended to outline the guiding principles for all employees, including managers, directors and members of the management body.
To some extent, the Code also applies to the Company’s stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, business and social partners.
The Code includes rules on:
- ethics in the Company’s activities
- competition protection and best marketing practices
- anti-corruption policy and also giving and accepting gifts
- whistleblowing.
The development and implementation of the code of ethics is one of the tasks resulting from Energopomiar’s corporate social responsibility strategy for 2023–2027, goal „Supportive management for ESG goal achievement”.
The Code consists of the following points:

- Protection of information and intellectual property

- Prevention of corruption and conflicts of interest
- Competition protection, cooperation with suppliers and partners
